It seems the latest Deadlock patch has it out for Infernus, granting him three major debuffs, while slightly improving his overall spirit scaling. He’s already seen a significant drop in his hero winrate, and it’s unlikely to recover before the next update. As of the time of writing, Infernus is already down two percent in win rate, which was enough to drop him to a B tier hero.
A few other heroes are also nerfed by the latest changes, all of which you can find below:
- Rapid Recharge:
- Charge Time reduced from -60% to -45%
- Weapon Power increased from 12% to 18%
- Yamato:
- Bullet damage growth reduced from 0.35 to 0.33
- Shadow Transformation cooldown increased from 85s to 100s
- Mirage:

- Vindicta:
- Bullet Velocity reduced from 889 to 810

- Assassinate charge time increased from 2s to 2.5s
- Shiv:

Considering the impact on Infernus’ win rate, there’s a chance the developer will rollback or further adjust the changes made in the near future. For now, we’ll just have to see how this impacts the Deadlock leaderboards, and keep our fingers crossed for the next update!
